Целью исследования являются мониторинг стратегий социально-экономического развития муниципальных образований и оценка эффективности их реализации на основе мониторинга.

Методы исследования

Методы исследования: структурно-функциональный и институциональный анализ.

Результаты

Результаты. В статье анализируются условия реализации стратегий социально-экономического развития муниципалитетов региона. Рассматриваются проблемы управления социально-экономическим развитием региона. В статье дана управленческая оценка степени достижения плановых показателей стратегий социально-экономического развития муниципалитетов Республики Коми по таким блокам показателей, как: экономическое развитие; социальное развитие; развитие системы муниципального управления; обеспечение безопасности жизнедеятельности населения. Выполнена систематизация подходов к оценке эффективности институтов государственного и муниципального управления.

The aim of the study is to monitor the strategies of socio-economic development of municipalities and assess the effectiveness of the rating methodology based on monitoring strategies.

Research methods: used methods of structural-functional and institutional analysis.

Result and scientific novelty. The article analyzes the conditions for the implementation of strategies for the socio-economic development of municipalities in the region. The problems managing the socio-economic development of the region are considered. The article provides a managerial assessment of the degree achievement of the planned indicators of the strategies for the socio-economic development of the municipalities of the Komi Republic, according to such blocks of indicators as: economic development; social development; development of the municipal government system; ensuring the safety of the population. The novelty lies in the systematization of approaches in assessing the effectiveness of state and municipal government institutions.
