Во второй части статьи на основе материалов центральных и региональных архивов, сборников документов партийных и советских органов прифронтовых областей, мемуаров, газет военного времени рассматривается организаторская деятельность ГКО, Военных советов, местных органов по мобилизации населения на строительство автогужевых дорог и поддержание их в надлежащем состоянии, строительство железной дороги Старый Оскол — Ржава, которая имела важное военное значение для Воронежского фронта, показан вклад жителей прифронтовых областей в дело победы советских войск на Курской дуге, их мужество и трудовой героизм.
In the second part of article on the basis of materials of the central and regional archives, collections of documents of party and Soviet bodies of front-line areas, memoirs, newspapers of wartime organizing activity of the State committee of defense, the Councils of War, local bodies for mobilization of the population on construction of autocart roads and their maintenance in proper condition, construction of the railroad Stary Oskol — Rzhava which had important military value for the Voronezh front is considered, the contribution of residents of front-line areas to a victory of the Soviet troops on the Kursk Bulge, their courage and labor heroism is shown.
