Статья посвящена особенностям государственного управления системой энергообеспечения региона. В статье рассмотрена эволюция способов, форм и методов государственного управления элементами системы энергообеспечения территорий разных стран. Отечественный и зарубежный опыт хозяйствования подтверждает наличие проблем в государственном управлении и предопределяет поиск их разрешения посредством построения более современной и прогрессивной модели государственного управления системой энергообеспечения региона - модели конфигурационного управления.

This article is devoted to the features of the government regulation of power supply system of the region. The article describes the evolution of the ways, forms and methods of governance elements of the energy supply system in different countries. Domestic and foreign experience confirms that economic problems in the government regulation and determines the search for their solution by building more modern and progressive model of government regulation of energy supply system in the region - a model configuration management.
