Дана критическая оценка конкурентного подхода к лидерству в организации, согласно которому способность к лидерству представлена одним максимально развитым особым качеством личности. Определены эмпирические закономерности, которые могут быть использованы для разработки психологической концепции одаренности к управленческому лидерству.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article is devoted to the one of the managerial leadership psychology’s problem: managerial leadership abilities. There is a competitive approach’s critical review about managerial leadership in organization. According this point of view leadership’s ability is the only one special personality quality.
