Статья посвящена исследованию цифровых дискурсивных практик в контексте процессов, происходящих в современной российской политике. Автор делает вывод о том, что цифровая публичная сфера современной России претерпевает перемены, которые во многом предвидел Ю. Хабермас. В первой части статьи анализируются классические подходы к понятию «публичная сфера», прежде всего – подход Ю. Хабермаса, рассматриваются предлагаемые им модели функционирования публичной сферы и политической коммуникации. Во второй части статьи автор выявляет позиции исследователей по отношению к трансформациям публичной сферы, вызванным активным развитием Интернета и социальных медиа и предлагает собственную схему функционирования публичной сферы в цифровом обществе. В третьей части отдельное внимание уделяется дискурсивным практикам в цифровой публичной сфере. Приводятся результаты авторских исследований с использованием специальной методики дискурс-анализа. На основе анализа интернет-дискуссий по тематике повышения пенсионного возраста выявляются преимущества данной методики. В конце указываются дискуссионные моменты и направления дальнейших исследований в сфере цифрового публичного взаимодействия государства и граждан.
