Статья посвящена особенностям защиты прав человека в законодательстве четырех стран Юго-Восточной Азии, дается сравнение основных положений в конституциях Индонезии, Филиппин, Малайзии, Сингапура. Авторы также рассматривают конституционно-правовые и международно-правовые вопросы гражданства, различия в правовом обеспечении государственных механизмов защиты основных прав и свобод человека и гражданина.

The article considers specifics of the protection for human rights in the legislation of South-East Asia, compares main stipulations in the constitutions of Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore. The authors also analyze constitutional and international legal issues of citizenship, differences in state guarantees for the protection of human and civil rights.
