Статья посвящена формированию категориального аппарата в отношении российских реформ переходного периода. В данной работе анализируется применимость понятия «системность реформ» к происходящим социально-политическим преобразованиям. Кроме того, автором отслеживается возможность включения различных концептуальных основ общей теории систем в рассмотрение процесса реформирования (Парсонс, Истон, Луман и др.).

The article is devoted to the formation of the categorical apparatus in relation to the Russian reforms of the transition period. In this paper it’s analyzed the applicability of the concept of «systemic reforms» to the current socio-political transformations. In addition, the author traces the possibility of integrating different conceptual foundations of general systems theory in the consideration of the reform process (Parsons, Easton, Luhmann etc.).
