Теория компетенций в настоящее время широко внедрена в практику обучения, подготовки и аттестации кадров специалистов. Издано много публикаций в обоснование истинности и результативности ее применения. Однако при строгом анализе эта теория имеет много изъянов, а имеющийся опыт ее применения показывает ее несостоятельность.
Today the theory of competences is extensively introduced into the practice of teaching, training and certification of qualified personnel . Many issues are published nowadays to provide well-grounded reasons of the validity and effectiveness of this theory application. However, on closer analysis, the theory suffers from many shortcomings, while the experience of its application in its current form shows its untenability.
