Тенденции в развитии теории и практики проектного управления оказывают существенное влияние на результаты проектов, методы и инструменты управления, программы подготовки руководителей. Регулярно выпускаемый Институтом проектного управления (Project Management Institute) обзор ≪Пульс профессии≫ позволяет отслеживать актуальные тренды в практике управления проектами. В 2021 г. очередной ≪Пульс профессии≫ оказался не совсем обычным, так как он был посвящен новой концепции — ≪гимнастического≫ предприятия. В настоящей статье авторы анализируют данный документ с использованием методологии смешанных исследований и инструментов качественного и количественного контент-анализа. Результаты исследования показывают близость концепции ≪гимнастического≫ предприятия концепции организационной амбидекстрии. Содержательный анализ позволил выявить такие практики ≪гимнастического≫ предприятия, как ситуационное использование гибридных методологий проектного управления и методологический плюрализм, соединение структурной согласованности и гибкости в процессах управления проектами, активное использование предпринимательских и инновационных методов и подходов, а также инструментов и техник по управлению талантами, организационными изменениями и обучением. Обозначенные практики позволяют добиваться ≪гимнастическим≫ предприятиям лучших результатов по сравнению с ≪традиционными≫. Результаты анализа ключевого документа в сравнении с предшествующими обзорами состояния проектного управления и тенденциями в развитии стандартов управления проектами говорят о способности концепции ≪гимнастического≫ предприятия оказать влияние на практику проектного управления, образовательные и тренинговые программы и консалтинговые услуги в области управления проектами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Project management plays significant role in modern economy and public administration. Project management trends have a great impact on the performance of projects and enterprises, methods and tools of management, training programs for managers. The ≪Pulse of the Profession ≫ survey, regularly published by the Project Management Institute, allows tracking current trends in project management practice. In 2021, the ≪Pulse of the Profession≫ was dedicated to a new concept — the ≪gymnastic≫ enterprise. In this article, the authors analyze the text of ≪Pulse of the Profession≫, 2021 using mixed research methods including qualitative and quantitative content analysis tools. The results show the closeness of the ≪gymnastic≫ enterprise concept to the concept of organizational ambidexterity. A content analysis helped to identify the key organizational practices of ≪gymnastic≫ enterprise, such as the situational use of hybrid project management methodologies and methodological pluralism, the combination of structural coherence and flexibility in project management processes, the active use of entrepreneurial and innovative methods and approaches, as well as tools and techniques for talent management, organizational change and learning. The indicated practices allow ≪gymnastic≫ enterprises to achieve better results in comparison with ≪traditional≫ companies.
