Ее характеризует целый спектр допустимых эффектов, проявляющихся на практике не в полном объеме, благодаря доминированию частичного подхода к применению инноваций Индустрии 4.0 и острой нехватки у менеджеров компаний полноты видения всего процесса цифровизации работы производства. Основная цель данного исследования — разработать унифицированную модель цифровой трансформации на производстве всех бизнес-процессов, которая позволила бы принимать наиболее рациональные управленческие решения в области применения цифровых технологий, а также была бы нацелена на скорейший переход предприятий РФ к Индустрии 4.0. В исследовании были использованы следующие методы: концептуальный подход, критическое мышление, статистический метод, а также метод системного анализа. Результаты исследования позволили сделать вывод о положительном влиянии разработанной унифицированной модели на управление производственными бизнес-процессами в компании, в том числе о формировании положительного социально-экономического эффекта в целом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The digitalization of business production processes during the transition to Industry 4.0 is a key indicator of increasing the competitiveness of industrial companies in the Russian Federation. It is characterized by a whole range of permissible effects, which are not fully manifested in practice, due to the dominance of a partial approach to the application of Industry 4.0 innovations and an acute shortage of company managers with a complete vision of the entire process of digitalization of production. The main goal of this study is to develop a unified model of digital transformation in the production of all business processes, which would allow making the most rational management decisions in the field of digital technologies, and would also be aimed at the speedy transition of Russian enterprises to Industry 4.0. The following methods were used in the study: conceptual approach, critical thinking, statistical method, as well as the method of system analysis.
