В статье рассматриваются вопросы эффективности реализации государственных программ и национальных проектов. Рассматриваются требования к разработке и реализации программ и проектов, структура и изменение объемов финансирования. Проведен анализ результатов и выявлены проблемы реализации программ и проектов. Рассмотрены особенности реализации государственных программ и национальных проектов в сфере здравоохранения. Проведены сопоставления целей государственной политики и корректив работы органов власти в сфере здравоохранения. Разработаны предложения по повышению эффективности финансирования государственных программ и национальных проектов.

The article deals with the issues of the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs and national projects. The requirements for the development and implementation of programs and projects, the structure and changes in the amount of funding are considered. The analysis of the results was carried out and the problems of the implementation of programs and projects were identified. The features of the implementation of state programs and national projects in the field of healthcare are considered. Comparisons were made of the goals of state policy and adjustments in the work of authorities in the field of healthcare. Proposals have been developed to improve the efficiency of financing state programs and national projects.
