В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с подготовкой специалистов в сфере государственных и муниципальных закупок. Федеральный закон № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе…» особое внимание уделяет конкурсным процедурам, которые позволяют в условиях конкуренции выбрать наиболее выгодный для заказчика вариант поставки продукции. Однако проведение конкурсов требует особой квалификации и мастерства, а также соответствующих нормативных документов, позволяющих достичь эффективных результатов. Подготовка специалистов в этой области становится важной государственной задачей.
In the article the problems connected with training of specialists in the sphere of the government and municipal procurements are considered. The federal law N 44-FZ «About contract system…» pays special attention to competitive procedures, which allow choosing the option of delivery of production, most favorable to the customer, in the conditions of the competition. However carrying out competitions demands special qualification and skill, and the relevant normative documents allowing reaching effective results. Training of specialists in this area becomes an important national objective.
