Одновременно таланты — это один из самых дорогих ресурсов, которые необходимы для реализации стратегии компании, поэтому эффективность их использования зависит от правильной стратегии развития талантов.</p><p>В данном исследовании представлены результаты анализа эффективных практик, направленных на развитие талантов внутри предприятий креативной экономики.</p><p>Задачи публикации — выявить стратегическое значение талантов для предприятий креативной экономики; провести стратегический анализ лучших практик по развитию талантов в индустрии моды.</p><p>Статья основана на теории стратегии и методологии стратегирования, разработанной под научным руководством академика В. Л. Квинта. Результаты: выявлена стратегическая роль талантов.</p><p>Выводы: без стратегирования талантов предприятия креативной экономики обречены на отсутствие долгосрочного развития.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Talent is a long-term competitive advantage for companies in the creative economy. At the same time, talents are one of the most expensive resources that are necessary for the realization of the company’s strategy, so the efficiency of their use depends on the right talent development strategy.</p><p>This study presents the results of analyzing effective practices aimed at developing talent within creative economy enterprises.</p><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives: to identify the strategic importance of talent for creative economy enterprises; to strategically analyze the best practices for talent development in the fashion industry.</p><p>The article is based on the theory of strategy and strategy methodology developed under the under the scientific supervision of Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Life-time), Dr. Sc. (Econ.) V. L. Kvint.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the strategic role of talents is revealed.
