В работе рассмотрены социально-экономические и правовые аспекты антикризисной системы (АС) применительно к реализации строительства многоярусных паркингов на месте коллективных гаражных автостоянок - инновационного проекта, подготовленного Центром регионального развития Северо-Западного института управления РАНХиГС.
