Выявлены факторы развития управленческой культуры корпуса чиновников через коммуникативные технологии. Раскрыта роль современных средств массовой информации в системе профессионального развития государственных гражданских служащих. Рассматривается значимость эффективной долгосрочной стратегии управления позитивным имиджем государственного гражданского служащего, что обеспечивает прозрачность и согласованность взаимодействия между обществом и органами власти.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author has proved a problem of designing of image of the public civil servants in system of public administration. Factors of development of administrative culture of the case of officials through communicative technologies are revealed. The role of modern mass media in system of professional development of the public civil servants is opened.
