Сильная организационная культура - это решающий фактор снижения текучести кадров, минимизации риска утечки коммерческой информации, повышения стабильности организации во внешней среде. Изучаются основные теоретические подходы к изучению организационной культуры как отечественных, так и зарубежных ученых.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers organizational culture as a factor of economic and human resources of the enterprise stability. Strong organizational culture is a decisive factor in reducing turnover, minimizing the risk of leakage of commercial information, increasing the stability of the organization in the external environment.
