Статья посвящена анализу роли организованной молодежной среды в гуманитарной сфере, выступающей на фоне новых объективных тенденций сближения, и деструктивных явлений между отдельными странами постсоветского пространства. Рассмотрены предпосылки некоторых аспектов становления организованной молодежной среды в социально-исторических условиях и роль отдельных ее участников в плане развития гуманитарного сотрудничества в регионе. Многообразие форм международной деятельности молодежи, ее влияние на этот процесс находятся за пределами исследовательского интереса, и дальнейшее изучение скорее может открыть новые горизонты дискурса относительно стратегического ведения гуманитарной роли молодежного фактора в качестве эффективного инструмента внешней культурной политики России.

The article is devoted to the analysis of a role of organized young people in the humanitarian sphere acting against the background of new objective tendencies of rapprochement, and the destructive phenomena between the countries of the former Soviet Union. Prerequisites of some aspects of formation of organized young people in sociohistorical conditions, and a role of its certain participants in the development plan for humanitarian cooperation in the region are considered. The variety of forms of the international activity of youth, its influence on this process is outside research interest and further studying can open the new horizons of a discourse, rather strategic maintaining a humanitarian role of a youth factor, as the effective tool of foreign cultural policy of Russia.
