В статье рассмотрены вопросы правового регулирования взаимодействия институтов гражданского общества и органов власти на федеральном и региональном уровне (на примере Нижегородской области), а также практика реализации требований действующего законодательства. Предложена авторская классификация моделей взаимодействия институтов гражданского общества и органов власти. Обобщены проблемы взаимодействия институтов гражданского общества и органов власти и предложены пути их разрешения. В статье приведены успешные практики из деятельности Законодательного Собрания Нижегородской области.
In the article the questions of legal regulation of interaction of institutions of civil society and authorities at Federal and regional level (on example of the Nizhny Novgorod region), as well as implementation of the requirements of current legislation.
