Анализируется перевод вуза на стратегическое планирование с целью повышения эффективности управления и достижения результатов труда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article covers the main management principles in a higher educational institution (a conservatoire) in the context of the competitive advantages of a higher educational institution at the market of educational services and concerned market members.
