Человеческий капитал - это ключевой элемент экономики знаний. Конкурентные преимущества экономики, возможности ее модернизации в современных условиях напрямую определяются накопленным в стране и задействованным человеческим капиталом. Важнейшей характеристикой человеческого капитала на сегодняшний день становится лидерство, именно в развитие этой компетенции своих работников инвестируют компании, обладающие глобальным стратегическим видением развития своего кадрового ресурса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, it has become an active phase of a transition of companies operating in traditional industries into companies based on knowledge. Human capital is a key element of the knowledge economy. Competitive advantages of the economy, the possibility of its modernization in modern conditions is directly determined by the accumulation and involved in the country human capital.
