Россия в настоящее время испытывает инвестиционный голод, а российская экономика в значительной мере недоинвестирована. Государственно-частное партнерство может служить магистральным направлением развития инвестирования российской экономики. Только для этого надо перестроить государственную политику, усовершенствовать законодательство и снять дисбаланс интересов публичного и частного партнеров в сфере государственно-частного партнерства. Рассмотрению этих проблем и перспективе развития государственно-частного партнерства в РФ посвящена статья.

Russia is currently experiencing investment hunger, and the Russian economy is largely not to be invested.
