Основываясь на опыте работы в данной сфере, автор предлагает пути решения имеющихся проблем в условиях цифровизации экономики и формирования парадигмы человеческого капитала. Анализируются инновационные информационные ресурсы, которые способны обеспечивать образовательный процесс современной школы. Особое внимание уделено информационным ресурсам школьных библиотек, обозначена их социальная роль.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article, the researcher identifies the dominant characterological features of the  development of the informatization of libraries of modern general education organizations of the Russian Federation. Based on his extensive experience in this field, the author suggests ways to solve the problem under consideration in the conditions of digitalization of the economy and the formation of the paradigm of human capital. Innovative information resources that would successfully ensure the educational process of the modern school are presented.
