В управленческой теории влияние культурных факторов на динамику конфликтных процессов не до конца исследовано и редко учитывается в ходе реализации комплекса практических мер по управлению конфликтами. В статье приведены факторы генезиса культуры, определяющие ход противоборства сторон в конфликте, рассматриваются кросс-культурные каналы передачи информации и предложена классификация механизмов принятия решений в теории и практике управления конфликтами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Development of the theory and methodology of conflict management and implementation of technologies of solving contradictories have to be taken out with considering formation of cultural identity. In the administrative theory influence of cultural factors on dynamics of  conflict processes is not fully studied is seldom revised during realization of practical measures in conflict management.
