В статье рассматриваются концептуальные подходы к управлению техническим развитием объектов морской техники. Описаны принципы рассмотрения двух связанных процессов: повышение функциональности объектов морской техники и изменение экономической эффективности структуры транспортной системы. Предложено использовать фазу развития функциональности объекта не только для анализа, но и для управления проектной деятельностью по созданию транспортной системы.
In article topical issues of improvement conceptual approaches to managing the technical development of marine facilities. Principles of consideration of two related processes are described: increasing the functionality of marine equipment and changing the economic efficiency of the structure of the transportation system. It is proposed to use the phase of the functionality development of the facility not only for analysis, but also for managing the project activity for the creation of a transport system.
