Проводится анализ современных моделей корпоративного управления, описываются особенности монгольских корпораций. Автор предлагает построить адаптивную модель современной монгольской системы управления крупными корпорациями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author notes the relevance of the study of national models of corporate governance under the influence of globalization, the development of e-business and integration. The analysis of modern models of corporate governance, and describes the features of Mongolian corporations.
