В основу модели положены идеи об изменении ролей менеджеров среднего звена в стратегическом развитии организаций. Рассматриваются новые компетенции менеджеров, разрабатываемые в рамках дискурсивной и контекстной парадигм организации, теоретически обосновывается динамическая модель стратегического влияния менеджеров, которую можно использовать для оценки инициативности менеджеров любого управленческого уровня.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents a theoretical evidence and description of the dynamic model of strategic impact of middle management in the organization. This model is based on the ideas about changing roles of middle managers in strategic development organizations.
