В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы применения стратегий в России, дано толкование стратегии, ее предназначение, а также преимущества, которые появляются при наличии сформированной стратегии. Рассмотрена структура системы стратегий и определено место отраслевой стратегии.Цель. Определить назначение и необходимость формирования стратегии развития продуктового рынка.Задачи. Проанализировать текущие программы развития продовольственного рынка, нормативное сопровождение развития продовольственного рынка.Методология. Методологическую базу работы составили общенаучные методы, законодательные акты Российской Федерации, разработанные федеральные и целевые программы.Результаты. Определены факторы, которые показывают необходимость формирования стратегии развития продуктового рынка. Наличие правильно сформированной и работающей стратегии, как показывает опыт мировых стран, позволяет говорить о наличии четкого пути развития, следуя которому достигаются цели, заложенные в стратегию.

The article discusses the main problems of applying strategies in Russia, gives an interpretation of the strategy, its purpose, as well as the advantages that arise when a strategy is developed. The structure of strategies and designated sectoral strategies is considered.Aim. Determine the purpose and necessity of forming a strategy for the development of the product market.Tasks. The analyze current programs for the development of the food market, regulatory support for the development of the food market.Methods. Methodological database of general scientific methods, legislative acts of the Russian Federation, developed federal and targeted programs.Results. Factors that indicate the need to formulate a strategy for the development of the food market are identified. Having a properly formed and working strategy, as the experience of the world countries shows, it is possible to talk about the existence of a clear path of development, following which, the goals laid down in the strategy will be achieved.
