В статье затронута проблема управления таможенными и логистическими рисками в международных цепях поставок товаров, содержащих объекты интеллектуальной собственности. Проанализированы существующие теоретические основы в области управления цепями поставок и действующее таможенное законодательство ЕАЭС и законодательство РФ в области защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности таможенными органами. Представлена зависимость возникновения логистических рисков от наличия таможенных. Отмечены имеющиеся нерешенные вопросы, предложены направления развития.

In the article the issue of management of customs and logistical risks in the international chains of deliveries of the goods containing intellectual property items is touched. The existing theoretical bases in the field of management of chains of deliveries and the existing customs legislation of EEU and the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of intellectual property rights by customs authorities are analysed. The dependence of emergence of logistical risks on existence of customs is presented. The available unresolved questions are noted, the directions of development are offered.
