В статье обосновывается необходимость объединения усилий политических институтов и гражданского общества в выработке единого подхода к реализации патриотического воспитания в образовательных организациях. Автор раскрывает основные аспекты формирования патриотизма у подрастающего поколения США и КНР, анализирует роль «учителя» в данном процессе, а также раскрывает мероприятия, которые осуществляют государства в этом направлении. Формирование патриотизма в зарубежных странах осуществляется согласно развитию исторических, культурных, нравственных, идеологических и жизненных ценностей, воплощенных в девизах: в США — «Novus Ordo Seclorum» («Новый мировой порядок»), в Китае — «Служи народу!».

The article substantiates the need to combine the efforts of political institutions and civil society in the development of a unified approach to the implementation of Patriotic education in educational institutions. The author reveals the main aspects of the formation of patriotism in the younger generation of the USA and China, analyzes the role of «teacher» in this process, and also reveals the activities that are carried out by the state in this direction. The formation of patriotism in foreign countries is carried out according to the development of historical, cultural, moral, ideological and life values embodied in the motto: in the US — «Novus Ordo Seclorum» («New world order»), in China — «Serve the people!»
