Актуальность политического участия молодежи, связанная с применением новых информационно-коммуникационных технологий, в последнее время неуклонно возрастает. В статье рассмотрены две противоположные концепции научного дискурса политического участия молодежи, а также предпринята попытка раскрыть основные факторы активизации участия молодежи в политическом процессе.

The relevance of the political participation of young people, connected with the use of new information and communication technologies, is increasing nowadays. The article deals with two opposite concepts of the scientific discourse of the youth political participation. Much attention is given to the main factors of activating the participation of young people in the political process.
