Problem of the Sovereignty and Economic Decisions Adoption in the Union State: Some Questions of the Theory and Practice of 2018–2019

Abstract

The concept of sovereignty is a through and general scientifc problem now. In relation to the Russian-Belarusian relations, frst it is connected with questions of economic sovereignty. In ideal option the solution of theoretical questions and practical actions in the sphere of integration have to be carried on time. However in practice it turns out not always. Understanding of economic sovereignty during an era of globalization 2.0. — a difcult task for theorists and practitioners. How to combine traditions of sovereignty and need of integration deepening? This article is devoted to these questions.
