The Role of Psychodiagnostics in Management Communication in the Training of Specialists in the Field of Law

Abstract
In the article the author reveals the priority directions of personality-oriented approach in management psychology in the field of communication and conflictology. Attention is focused on the psychodiagnostics of students of legal specialties in order to determine the optimal strategy of communication with the younger generation.
