Legal Aspects of the Human Rights Protection in States of the Malay-Indonesian Region (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines)

Abstract

The article considers specifics of the protection for human rights in the legislation of South-East Asia, compares main stipulations in the constitutions of Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore. The authors also analyze constitutional and international legal issues of citizenship, differences in state guarantees for the protection of human and civil rights
