To the Question about Advanced Socio-Economic Development of Certain Territories of the Russian Regions
Abstract
This article examines the creation and functioning of the territories of priority socio-economic development (TOR) in the regions of Russia. It is proposed to extend the legal regime of TOR not only on the territory of the Far East and Eastern Siberia but also on the whole territory of the Russian Federation.
