On a Question of Definition of Concept «Systemacity of Reforms» in the Context of a Social and Political Situation in Contemporary Russia

Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of the categorical apparatus in relation to the Russian reforms of the transition period. In this paper it’s analyzed the applicability of the concept of «systemic reforms» to the current socio-political transformations. In addition, the author traces the possibility of integrating different conceptual foundations of general systems theory in the consideration of the reform process (Parsons, Easton, Luhmann etc.).
