State Policy of Information Sovereignty of Russia in the Conditions of the Modern Global World
Abstract
In the article the content of the concepts “information sovereignty” and “state policy of information sovereignty” is first-time disclosed. The main directions of their practical realization with prospect of legislative fixing as integral part of the state sovereignty and national security of the Russian Federation in the global world are defined.
