About the Legal Regime of Premises as Objects of the Hereditary Relations
Abstract
Article is devoted to questions of definition of a legal regime of the premises acting as objects of the hereditary relations by the Russian legislation. In work the main signs of this object of hereditary legal relationship are considered. Definition of premises is formulated taking into account the revealed features.
