Дискурс всемирного культурного наследия

Аннотация
Данный обзор статей следует методологии Х. Снайдер (2019) и основан на исследовании, которое представляло собой сбор, анализ и сопоставление актуальных публикаций в области изучения культурного наследия ЮНЕСКО за последние пять лет количественными методами в репозитариях Web of Science и Scopus. Наукометрический анализ, произведенный с помощью программ VOSviewer_1.6.16_exe CitNetExplorer_1.0.0_ exe, позволил вычленить в огромном массиве публикаций наиболее релевантные и цитируемые статьи, прошедшие верификацию научным сообществом, акцентировал внимание ученых на смысловых «узлах» кластеров, т. е. ценностях, которые направляют социальные и политические практики. Предпринятое исследование показывает, что дискурс наследия ЮНЕСКО и идентичности в связи с наследием не ограничивается традиционной рамкой этноса и управления, а включает в себя широкий спектр общественных, природных и личных состояний, исследование которых имеет большое теоретическое и практическое значение. Изучение вовлеченных акторов, в том числе природных, культурных и технических non-humans, позволяет принимать более эффективные меры политики сохранения в контексте природных и экологических изменений, политики управления мировым наследием, политики локальной идентичности в связи с местом и наследием, сократить дистанцию между «управляющими» наследием и теми, для кого управление осуществляется, живущими рядом с наследием, представителями гражданского общества, которые идентифицируют себя с группами, пересобирающимися вокруг наследия.
