Interacting of the Organization Work with Citizen Appeals in Government Bodies of St. Petersburg
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of forming and storing archives of electronic documents at the present stage of development of information and communication technologies (hereinafter - ICT) in the Russian Federation. The author designated problem of regulatory and methodological support of archival storage of electronic documents. The practical significance of the designated problem reduces to solving the issues related to the clarification of the terminology, ensuring the physical security and integrity of electronic documents, as well as examination of value of documents for acquisition of archives of electronic documents.
