Centralized Directive Planning in Market Economy - a Key to the Solution of the Russian Social and Economic Problems

Abstract

The article describes the two-sector planned-market economy (TSPME), in which coordination and management of enterprises (companies) are carried out with the help of state policy planning and market self-regulation.
