Social Partnership: on the Way to the Russian Model

Abstract

Formation of the mechanism of interaction of the state, business and labor unions as institutes of social partnership is an urgent problem since development of society. Prevention and permission of the social conflicts and, therefore, the future of Russia depends on quality of interaction of these institutes.
