Control of the Red Army Organization During the First Years of the Soviet Power: Discussions in the Highest State Governing Bodies

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the discussion started during the first years of the Soviet power among state figures of the Soviet Republic, political leaders of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and heads of the Military Department concerning the ways of the Red Army organization on principles of territorial-militia system.
