Application of a Method of Real Options in Innovative Projects Management

Abstract

The article is devoted to a problem of an assessment of innovative projects risks arising at the introduction stage. The authors propose the algorithm of design and integration of real options into innovative projects allowing to increase the flexibility of multi-stage projects management which have the adapting possibility to changing implementation conditions.
