Abstract

In the article need of complex assessment of quality of corporate management for the Russian companies with the state participation is considered. The role of corporate management in implementation of programs of long-term and innovative development in the Russian companies with the state participation is considered. Recommendations about improvement of corporate management in the specified companies are provided.
