Problems of legal regulation of the state environmental assessment of project documentation of objects related to the placement waste I-V hazard classes
Abstract
In this article we consider the problem of legal regulation of construction of production facilities related to waste disposal I to V hazard class. The subject of the study is a set of legislative acts of the Russian Federation, the governing urban planning, environmental protection, as well as issues related to the production and consumption waste.
