Abstract

The article considers the problems and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the system of state and municipal management. Effective monitoring requires that the system of all monitored indicators be uniform and consistent, and that the indicators themselves be adequately reflected in the performance evaluation system of civil or municipal employees. Currently, such conditions are not provided.
