К вопросу об определении понятия «системности реформ» в контексте социально-политической ситуации в современной России
Аннотация
Статья посвящена формированию категориального аппарата в отношении российских реформ переходного периода. В данной работе анализируется применимость понятия «системность реформ» к происходящим социально-политическим преобразованиям. Кроме того, автором отслеживается возможность включения различных концептуальных основ общей теории систем в рассмотрение процесса реформирования (Парсонс, Истон, Луман и др.).
