Anti-recessionary Control System as the Mechanism of Association of Interests of Business, Power and the Population (on the Example of Construction of Multilevel Parkings in St. Petersburg on the Sites Occupied with Plane Garages)
Abstract
In the work social, economic and legal aspects of the anti-recessionary system (ARS) in relation to realization of construction of multilevel parkings on a place of collective garage parkings - the innovative project prepared by the Center of Regional Development of North-West Institute of Management of the RANEPA are considered.
