Economic Success and Organizational Culture of the Enterprise

Abstract

The article considers organizational culture as a factor of economic and human resources of the enterprise stability. Strong organizational culture is a decisive factor in reducing turnover, minimizing the risk of leakage of commercial information, increasing the stability of the organization in the external environment. Examines the main theoretical approaches to the study of organizational culture of both Russian and Western scientists.
