Managing Targeted Programs of Socially-Oriented Organizations: Building of Model

Abstract

The article deals with the management of projects and programs of social oriented organizations (social enterprises, charitable foundations). An attempt is made to develop a mathematical model for managing social programs. The process of implementing targeted programs by a social enterprise is characterized from the viewpoint of the theory of management. The general scheme of the management system for the implementation of the target program of the social enterprise is presented. The article proposes a mathematical model of the management system of the target program of a social enterprise and describes an astatic control system for the work of a social enterprise for the implementation of particularly significant programs. The article is an attempt to evaluate with the help of mathematical models what are the non-commercial effects of projects implemented by socially-oriented organizations.
